Drop the snippet into your <head>, deploy, and the dashboard fills with real visitors. The script auto-derives its endpoint from its own src, batches events every 3s, and uses sendBeacon on unload so you don't lose the last page view.

Is this GDPR / DPA compliant?
Yes. We don't set cookies, don't fingerprint, anonymise IPs by default, and respect Do Not Track. Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and GDPR both treat this as low-risk processing - most sites won't need a cookie banner with Axene installed.
What happens at 10K events / month?
Free tier covers it forever. Past that, Starter is KES 300 / month for 100K events and 3 projects, billed via M-Pesa. No surprise overage fees - if you exceed your tier we throttle ingest with a banner instead of charging silently.
Can I export my data?
Always. Every project has a raw events API, and the Pro plan includes nightly CSV exports to your S3 / R2 bucket. Cancellation gives you a 30-day download window. We never hold your data hostage.
Will the script slow my site down?
No. The tracker is 2KB gzipped, async, and uses sendBeacon for unload events so it never blocks navigation. We measured a +0ms LCP impact on a real Kenyan ISP connection during testing.
What about ad-blockers?
Aggressive blockers like uBlock with EasyPrivacy will block the analytics. subdomain. We provide a first-party proxy guide (Cloudflare Worker, nginx, Vercel rewrites) for sites that want 100% capture. Most teams are fine without it.
Where does my data live?
On servers we own in Nairobi. Backups encrypted at rest. We don't sub-process to AWS / GCP / a US warehouse. If you need a signed DPA or data residency clause, talk to us - we'll cosign.
